My travels within Western Australia were more dormant this year.
I did, however, experience the thrill of skydiving for the first time. High above the West Australia desert, I was full of inexplicable emotions.
What a rush!
A road trip to W.A.'s southwest around Christmas time made for another new adventure, as I visited Busselton, Yallingup, Dunsborough, Margaret River and Augusta.
The famous Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse rests on the furthest southwest corner of the Australian continent, and overlooks the point where the Indian Ocean and Southern Ocean meet.
The infamous Fremantle Prison, AC/DC lead vocalist Bon Scott's grave, the south Perth foreshore and the West Australian Cricket Association (WACA) were also on my 2012 notable adventures.
